This is a unique opportunity to provide critical care in a dynamic, high-acuity environment serving a small year-round island community of 15,000 residents, with volumes soaring up to 100,000 seasonal visitors. The ED RN will utilize advanced clinical judgment to care for a diverse patient population in a challenging, remote setting. Key Requirements & Scheduling: Shift: Rotating shifts (Specific shift times will be determined by the facility). Schedule: 36 hours per week guaranteed. Start Date: November 17, 2025 End Date: February 14, 2026 Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience. On-Call/Call-Back: No on-call requirement. Compensation & Housing: Housing: Shared housing is provided at no cost to the traveler for the duration of the assignment. Required Qualifications & Certifications: The following must be active and current upon start : License: Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License .
