Internal Sales

Qualifications Matric Degree or Diploma in business, marketing or a related field is a plus Requirements Previous experience in the Fastener industry will be an advantage. Technical knowledge is preferred. Proven experience in sales, customer service role. Ability to understand technical product specifications Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products Use of ERP System Microsoft BC Duties Respond to customer enquiries via various channels in a timely and professional manner. Process sales orders, prepare quotes and follow up on leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Collaborate with the External Sales person, and full Sales and Warehouse Teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. Provide information to customers, leveraging knowledge of our fasteners Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
