Junior Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Coordinator . The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring the smooth running of the sales operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in coordinating sales activities and processes - Maintain and update customer database - Prepare and distribute sales reports and analysis - Follow up on leads and inquiries - Provide administrative support to the sales team - Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team - Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals - Monitor and track sales performance metrics - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations Qualifications and Skills: - Passed Matric - Excellent Verbal and written communication skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Ability to work in a team environment - Detail-oriented and able to multitask - Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
