Warehouse Assistant

Job Title: Warehouse Assistant Location: [Insert Location] Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing goods. The Warehouse Assistant - Late Shift will also be required to maintain a clean and organized workspace, as well as assist with inventory management and other warehouse duties as needed. Responsibilities: - Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments - Organize and maintain warehouse inventory - Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently - Assist with inventory counts and audits - Follow proper safety procedures at all times - Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications: - High school Certificate (Matric) - Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to lift and move heavy objects - Basic computer skills - Forklift certification a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong work ethic and positive attitude Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Hours: 13:00 - 22:00 If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this position, please submit your CV.
