Customer Service Representative

Our client in the Label Printing industry requires a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cornubia. Must have relevant industry experience and can work under pressure. Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 3 years in a similar role is required. Own reliable transport is essential. Responsibilities include: Creating quotes and supporting external sales in achieving sales targets Managing purchase orders from receipt to delivery including SLA agreed turnaround times Customer feedback on orders and dealing with returns and complaints Liaising with production regards orders Stock management (back orders, aged stock) Sales forecasts (weekly and monthly) Preparation for sales reports 3 years in a similar role is required. Own reliable transport is essential. Experience working for a labeling company is essential.
