Job Description

We are currently seeking a hard working, motivated individual to join our team in the role of Warehouse Assistant (puller/packer). The successful candidate will be responsible for: Order Fulfilment Pick and pack orders accurately according to pick slips or system instructions. Ensure all items are packed securely and labelled correctly for dispatch. Prepare parcels for courier collection, including waybills and tracking documentation. Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and check incoming stock against purchase orders. Assist with unloading deliveries and placing stock in correct locations. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with health & safety standards. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in stock takes. Inventory Control Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor. Help rotate stock to maintain first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles. Assist in keeping the inventory management system accurate and up to date. Equipment & Safety Operate warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly. Adhere to all company safety procedures and immediately report any hazards or incidents. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test, and a criminal background check. Must be willing to sign and NDA and theft Policy which includes being subjected to random lie detector tests on occassion. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Have his own phone. Must be phisically fit and able to lift heavy items when required. Experience in similar role for 2 years
