Overview Basic $6000-$7000 Performance Bonus Mon-Fri, Office Hour Location: East Region Responsibilities Manage the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN. Administer network security measures such as firewalls, access controls, and vulnerability management to safeguard systems and data. Plan, implement, and oversee network upgrades, performance optimization, and capacity planning initiatives. Conduct regular network and cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide escalation support for critical incidents. Offer direct IT support to end users, addressing desktop, connectivity, and access-related issues. Provide on-site technical support for retail operations, ensuring network reliability and uptime. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align network services with organizational goals and operational needs. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors for networking and security solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture, configurations, and change management processes. Guide and mentor junior IT and network team members to enhance technical expertise and operational efficiency. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in network administration or engineering, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, CISSP , or equivalent is an advantage. Demonstrated expertise in enterprise networking, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies. Strong knowledge of network and cybersecurity practices, including firewall management, intrusion prevention, threat detection, patch management, and compliance. Practical experience with enterprise networking solutions such as Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper , or equivalent platforms.
