Credit Contoller Location: Evesham Immediate Start – 3 Month Contract What’s in it for you? This is a fantastic opportunity to join on a temporary basis with the potential to move into something longer term. * Competitive hourly rate * Great team culture and supportive environment * Full time (39.5 hrs), but flexibility for the right candidate What you will be doing: * Managing customer accounts, ensuring invoices are paid on time * Chasing overdue accounts via phone and email * Allocating payments and reconciling accounts * Building relationships with clients to resolve queries quickly * Reviewing and assessing creditworthiness of customers * Assisting with posting and reconciling transactions * Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc processing and data entry tasks What we’re looking for: * Previous credit control experience – able to work independently from day one * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Confident communication skills (phone & email) * Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero) * Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools * Exposure to wider finance processes would be an advantage The Details: * Location: Evesham * Hours: 39.5 per week, Monday – Friday (option for shorter hours for the right candidate) * Contract: 3 months (ASAP start) If you’re ready to make an immediate impact, please send your CV to Richard at i2i Recruitment today.
