Utilities Yard Attendant

Your Role The Utilities Yard Attendant supports daily operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard environment, handling tools, equipment, and materials, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include loading and unloading supplies, performing routine yard upkeep, tracking inventory, supporting mechanics or trades staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role is essential in promoting operational efficiency in the utility service environment. Your Responsibilities Manage coordination of all maintenance works within the utilities yard systems Manage ordering of bulk chemicals and gases for the utilities yard Inspect chemicals delivered and determine if quality compliance standards are met Manage unloading and sampling of utilities yard bulk chemicals Review all compliance requirements for cooling towers Manage effluent requirements to maintain compliance with all requirements in site Trade Waste Agreement, problem solve issues and escalate accordingly Maintain the utility yard in a clean and compliant manner to meet all site standards Your Experience High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical education 5 years of relevant experience Previous Utility and / or Chemical Yard Experience SAP and Excel proficiency (desirable, but not required) Forklift License is preferable to unload trucks Knowledge of cGMP standards preferred Mechanical aptitude in previous manual jobs (desirable) Strong safety focus Some physical activities are required as part of normal operating processes Our Benefits CSL Seqirus is committed to attracting and retaining world-class employees who are valued for their contributions to achieving business objectives.
