Job Description Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth work flows and timely dispatches. Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimise discrepancies. Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, fostering a productive work environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse. Coordinate with the logistics department to optimise supply chain processes. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess warehouse efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and operational reviews. Ensure warehouse operations meet ISO9001, ISO14001, and safety standards The Successful Applicant Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering or a related study. Possess minimally 7 years of warehouse management experience, with minimally 5 years in a team management role Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics processes. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting. Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. What's on Offer Competitive salary range.
