Direct message the job poster from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Overview The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is seeking a Culture & Employee Experience Manager to design and deliver a global employee experience strategy that drives engagement, inclusion, and culture across CBTL. You will lead programmes and initiatives that bring company values to life, strengthen the employer brand, and enhance moments that matter across the employee lifecycle. Partnering cross-functionally, you will ensure consistent delivery of recognition, engagement, and culture-building efforts. You will also support internal communications and provide executive support to the Global Head of HR, contributing to CBTL’s overall people and culture agenda. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver a consistent, engaging employee experience strategy across CBTL. Lead global engagement programs, including My Voice Matters, our global engagement survey powered by the Gallup Q12 tool. Drive Employee Experience culture-building initiatives and guide leaders and teams on how to build Engagement Drivers, Action Plans and Communication Strategy. Drive culture-building initiatives, including employer brand and EVP activation, inclusion programmes, and key “moments that matter” across the employee lifecycle. Deliver and continuously evolve the global recognition programme, embedding CBTL values into daily behaviours. Partner with Talent & Learning to align engagement and culture initiatives with leadership and capability priorities. Support additional engagement or culture projects as needed to advance CBTL’s people and culture agenda. Champion inclusion and belonging initiatives globally, ensuring programmes and communications reflect CBTL’s diverse, global workforce. Track and report engagement and recognition metrics to inform future strategies. Oversee the workplace experience and local engagement activities for the Global Support Center (HomeGrounds), including events, wellness days, and employee connection initiatives. Design and execute the annual People Engagement Calendar, ensuring messaging reflects engagement insights and company priorities. Support Rewards in the design of recognition programs, while taking full ownership for their administration and delivery — including the Global Recognition Program, HQ Brewversary, and other HQ recognition initiatives. Partner with Marketing to deliver global People events including Townhalls and Huddles. Support the Global Head of HR and People Leadership Team on internal communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging. Provide executive support to the Global Head of HR, contributing to presentations, special projects, and coordination activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business. 7 years of progressive experience in employee engagement, culture, or internal communications roles, ideally within a global or multi-country organization. Proven experience designing and implementing engagement or culture programs that drive measurable impact. Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, inclusion and belonging, and recognition best practices. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft messages that inspire and connect across cultures and levels. Strategic mindset with strong project management skills and attention to detail. Collaborative and influential, with the ability to build strong partnerships across HR, Marketing, and business teams. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
