Head of Franchise, SEA and South Asia (Consumer Retail)

Overview A leading global consumer retail organisation is hiring an experienced Head of Franchise (SEA and South Asia) to join its regional hub in Singapore . Reporting to the General Manager, this role leads the commercial and operational performance across the region's partner-led markets. The Head of Franchise will manage multiple operators to deliver revenue, profitability, and brand standards across diverse, fast-growing markets. Responsibilities Own commercial strategy, budgeting, and performance across franchise partners Strengthen operator capability and ensure alignment with brand and retail excellence standards Translate global priorities into market-specific plans covering merchandising, marketing, and store operations Identify in-market and category opportunities Partner with cross-functional teams to drive scalable growth and profitability Qualifications 10-15 years' experience in commercial or franchise leadership within multinational consumer or retail companies Demonstrated success managing partner-led or franchise business models Strong P&L ownership, negotiation skills, and cross-functional collaboration Experience in complex, emerging markets such as India advantageous J-18808-Ljbffr
