Job Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the company’s overall strategy, including defining objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and driving implementation. Provide effective leadership and management across all departments, including finance, HR, marketing, sales, and operations. Oversee financial performance to ensure profitability and cost efficiency, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting. Serve as the primary liaison between company management and the board of directors. Mentor and guide senior executives to align leadership with company values, vision, and objectives. Develop and implement crisis management strategies to safeguard business continuity. Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including investors, clients, regulators, and media representatives. Continuously evaluate products, services, and processes to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
