Job Description Drive the group’s strategic growth while overseeing & supporting the daily operations in Singapore and the Region Lead and coach sales and customer service teams to deliver empathetic, high-quality patient engagement. Partner with medical team to align operations with clinical excellence. Ensure strong patient acquisition, retention, and service satisfaction. Build and lead a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Represent the brand to external stakeholders, partners, and the community. Requirements Bachelor’s degree of any discipline Proven leadership experience in healthcare, allied health, or customer-focused service industries. Strong operational management skills with the ability to be hands-on. Demonstrated success in sales coaching, customer service training, and team development.
