Overview Develop and lead initiatives for the professional growth of educators. Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that nurtures both cognitive and emotional development. Ensure the Center’s curricula and programs align with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values. Strengthen and uphold the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents. Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. Requirements A Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Pre-School Centers. Proven leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
