Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a diverse team, including contractors and temporary personnel. Strategically plan and oversee all logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers to ensure efficient movement of goods. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products. Maintain up-to-date stock control systems and accurate inventory records. Develop future warehouse capacity plans and resource requirements. Implement and enhance warehouse processes, aligning with industry best practices. Recruit, train, supervise, and assess staff performance, addressing disciplinary issues as necessary. Foster a high-performance team culture through motivation and support. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and security regulations in warehouse operations. Track and report on KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational costs. Oversee the functionality of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software. Manage the maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles. Facilitate logistics operations and external facilities across multiple countries. Support import/export processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce costs. Collaborate with internal departments to meet overall business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional certifications are desirable but not essential. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management/supervisory roles. Proven track record of managing teams and overseeing multiple warehouse sites. Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse procedures, policies, and inventory management. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
