Let's Evolve Iconic and create a new exciting chapter The part you\'ll play We are seeking a Collection Merchandiser to join our Florence Headquarters on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. The role requires previous experience in merchandising or buying within the fashion or footwear industry, and availability at short notice. Working closely with the Merchandising dept and cross-functional teams, you will support the development and execution of seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with the brand\'s creative vision, quality standards, and market needs. Key Responsibilities Analyse sell-in and sell-out performance, providing insights to guide product decisions Contribute to the definition of linelists and pricing structure Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis (product range, pricing, positioning) Support in the preparation of sales campaigns, including reports, buying tools, and product overviews for regional buyers Participate in collection briefings during showroom presentations Assist in the drafting of collection manuals with detailed product information Liaise with multiple internal departments to ensure timely and accurate product communication What You\'ll Bring Previous experience in merchandising or collection management, ideally within the footwear or fashion industry. A genuine passion for footwear and a strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences. Excellent analytical skills, combined with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to product detail. A resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with a collaborative and hands-on approach to work. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
