CNC Machinist

Adecco are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join a dynamic and quality-driven manufacturing team. You will be responsible for machining medium to heavy components to a high standard, ensuring customer specifications and quality expectations are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings in line with quality procedures. Interpret technical drawings to produce parts to exact specifications within estimated production times. Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Machine high-grade materials such as Inconel 718. Set and program Mazatrol Milling Machining Centres. Operate CNC Horizontal and Vertical Borers, Machining Centres, or Mill Turns. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship CNC machining experience. Strong background in machining medium to heavy components. Proficiency in Mazatrol programming and CNC machine setup. Solid understanding of tooling applications, machine tool capabilities, feeds, and speeds. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Flexible and adaptable to change with good problem-solving abilities.
