The role includes managing the complete sales process from prospecting and vehicle presentation to deal closure while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. Key Responsibilities Drive new vehicle sales by actively prospecting and closing deals Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and follow up consistently Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives Maintain comprehensive knowledge of stock availability, specifications, and new model features Manage deal documentation and finance applications accurately Collaborate with sales and admin teams to ensure efficient processing Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators Engage with customers professionally and ethically Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Monitor competitor activity and stay informed on market trends Represent the dealership at brand events, launches, and promotions Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities Key Attributes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Target-driven and results-oriented Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive Professional and customer-focused Able to perform well under pressure Requirements Minimum 23 years of proven new vehicle sales experience (non-negotiable) Matric or equivalent qualification Valid drivers licence Experience in a high-volume, competitive sales environment Solid understanding of finance and insurance processes Remuneration Market-related salary based on experience Commission Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
