: Cost Controller / Procurement Officer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor all cost and stock control processes across departments (winery, restaurant, and events). Handle procurement of goods and services ensuring best value, quality, and timely delivery. Maintain accurate inventory and cost records; perform regular reconciliations and variance reports. Negotiate and maintain supplier contracts and price lists. Support budget preparation and assist with monthly financial reporting. Implement and uphold internal control systems to ensure compliance and efficiency. Requirements: Minimum 35 years experience in cost control and procurement, preferably within hospitality, food & beverage, or agricultural environments. Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in Excel and ERP/POS systems (e.g. Pilot, GAAP, or similar). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
