ABOUT THE JOB: Breiwick Companies, Landscape Division, focuses on soft-scapes for commercial and townhome associations. Services include: tree & shrub planting, landscape bed installation, mulch/rock refreshments, edging installations, sod installations, grading and shrub pruning. Work with some of the industries newest and best equipment! Crew Lead: Natural ability to lead, motivate and teach others to work in compliance with company standards and policies. Have ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule. Have flexibility to unexpected changes. Ability to work efficiently, with high quality standards. Knowledge of all lawn care equipment Industry education, industry licenses, and certificates paid for by Breiwick Have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Performance Based Commissions Crew Member: Past experience is a plus (but not required, willing to train the right person). Work with other crew members and communicate clearly, while working as a team. Must have ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule.
