Centre Manager

Overview Centre Manager role at CapitaLand . The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, customer focused, with strong analytical skills, and has a 3-5 year track record in retail centre management with demonstrated negotiation and communication skills. Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of a mall Oversee the operational and marketing functions to ensure that maximum and long-term value is obtained Identify specific and suitable target consumer markets and to effect suitable PR, marketing and branding activities Develop relationships with strategic partners whilst building and maintaining good rapport with retailers and other stakeholders Engage tenants and prospects regularly to review their business performance and identify opportunities for spatial expansion Prepare the annual Asset Plan with a focus on adding value to the mall Collaborate with the various management teams to review and assess the re-positioning of the mall Plan and execute impending/on-going redevelopment works so as to achieve the desired tenancy mix and market positioning Work with the Asset Management team on financial feasibility reviews Requirements Prior experience in shopping centre management and preferably with tertiary qualifications Strong negotiation and business planning skills An demonstrated understanding of retail and the ability to value-add and future-proof the centre Excellent leadership and communications skills to manage and motivate ground teams Benefits Flexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and family Training and development opportunities Subsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences Strong advocate of staff volunteerism Wellness programmes Closing At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
