Key Job Details – OR RN Travel Assignment Location: Lebanon, NH (Zip: 03766) – New Hampshire healthcare jobs Setting: Operating Room (OR Nurse position) Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Start Date: October 13, 2025 End Date: January 12, 2026 Duration: 13-week nursing contract Shift: Three 10-hour day shifts per week (Thursday and Friday required) Weekly Guarantee: 30 hours/week (guaranteed) Estimated Weekly Salary: $2450-$2620 Non-billable Orientation: 8 hours On-call: $4/hour (details TBD) Weekend/Holiday Coverage: As required Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience Proficient in both scrub and circulating nurse roles (skills checklist required) Ortho/Neuro surgery experience preferred EPIC EMR experience preferred Must have own transportation (rural area, no public transport) Complete profile with permanent address, work history, current skills checklist (within 1 year), and 1 supervisory signed reference (from the past 2 years) All requested time off must be submitted with profile (maximum 5 days RTO accepted) Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities Prepare and assist in the setup of the operating room for scheduled surgical procedures Ensure accurate and complete preparation of supplies, instruments, equipment, and special order implants/instruments pre-operatively Safely and accurately open and dispense sterile items in compliance with hospital protocols Assess patient needs related to medical history, surgical procedure, positioning, and procedure duration Perform sponge, sharps, and instrument counts with scrub personnel to ensure patient safety Accurately capture charges for items utilized in the OR for patient-specific billing Collaborate with the surgical and clinical support team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Discover the charm of Lebanon, NH—enjoy museums, hiking trails, and world-class ski areas while working in a supportive healthcare environment.
