Travel Nursing Job Details Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (Travel RN) Location: Falmouth, MA 02540 Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Healthcare Setting: Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Float) Start Date: November 3, 2025 End Date: January 31, 2026 Assignment Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12-hour nights (7p-7a), rotating evenings/nights, every other weekend, rotating holidays Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience Travel nursing experience preferred Graduate of an accredited nursing program BLS certification (American Heart Association) required IV therapy experience and ability to perform phlebotomy Completion of Medical/Surgical IV Medication Module Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia exam Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit Educate and support patients and families throughout the care process Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care Administer medications and manage IV therapy safely and effectively Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, including cardiac medication administration Care for post-operative and orthopedic patients Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) Respond promptly to emergency and urgent situations Identify and report signs of neglect or abuse in accordance with Massachusetts law Provide age-appropriate care and respect patients' advance directives Maintain compliance with all RN licensure, certification, and hospital policies Perform other nursing duties as assigned Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Travel Med/Surg Telemetry RN in Falmouth, MA, and take the next step in your nursing career!
