ER Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality emergency care to neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatric patients Manage walk-in traumas, cardiac, neuro, GI, respiratory, psychiatric cases, and frequent GSW drop-offs Provide care for intubated patients and manage ventilators/BiPAP (no RT on-site) Mix and administer medications as needed Participate in charge nurse duties (training provided if needed) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including ED physicians, ER techs, and front desk staff Utilize EPIC for electronic charting and Alaris/Pyxis for medication management Attend required orientation and training, including an 8-hour respiratory class Ready to take your ER nursing career to the next level?
