STAGE - Assistant(e) Retail Training / Formation

STAGE Début : Janvier 2026 Durée : 6 mois Intégré(e) au sein du département Training & Héritage, vous participerez activement à assister une équipe dynamique dans l’implémentation de la stratégie de formation des équipes corporate et boutiques au niveau mondial. Votre but durant ce stage enrichissant ? Participer à former au mieux les employés à la richesse, à l’histoire de la Maison, afin que nos équipes puissent transmettre au mieux les inspirations, l’émotion et le story-telling de la Maison Christian Louboutin à nos clients. Durant votre stage, vous assisterez au quotidien l’équipe Formation, particulièrement sur les projets suivants : Création de nouveaux contenus de formation Ces formations pourront être axées sur le produit, la Maison, le savoir-faire, le cérémonial de vente, les nouvelles collections… Mise en place du nouvel outil de E-Learning, avec la création de contenu dédié et la mise à jour régulière de la plateforme Organisation de sessions de formation & de séminaires Suivi opérationnel quotidien Vos qualités pour ce poste ?
