Responsibilities Develop and lead professional development initiatives for educators. Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development. Align the Center’s curricula and programs with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values. Enhance and maintain the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents. Oversee operational and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Requirements Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). At least 3 years of experience managing Pre-school Centres. Proven supervisory experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
