For a high-growth client in Mechelen, I am looking for 2 Freelance Functional Analysts to join on a Digital Transformation Program. The successful candidate will Work with the PMO and the business process owner in translating their wishes into a business case Translate business specifications into clear functional requirements Detects potential pitfalls in the project and addresses them Works with the development teams to the sprints and helps as the focal point Helps the test coordination team by providing them with the relevant information and data What will you need? Dutch speaking with good english (and ideally French) 6 years of relevant experience Ideally a background within HR or Professional Services or Staffing industry Hybrid working in Mechelen
