ServiceNow Developer with Security Clearance

Job Summary: Zachary Piper Solution is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team on-site in Woodlawn, MD. The selected candidate will be instrumental in guiding a team of support analysts and ensuring that support operations are streamlined and responsive to organizational demands. Responsibilities: * Serve in dual capacities as both a Team Lead and a Senior ServiceNow Developer. * Evaluate client needs and design architectural solutions that address technical and managerial requirements, enhance automation, and support operational reporting. * Spearhead the creation of strategic solution documents, including operational roadmaps and architectural diagrams, extending beyond the scope of individual user stories. * Assist in prototype development and lead technical evaluations and discussions based on established requirements. Qualifications: * 8 years of experience developing solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM/SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR. * Bachelor's degree in related field * 5 years of experience participating in technical discussions and conducting solution reviews. * Broad familiarity with various ServiceNow components and integration with third-party technologies. * 5 years of experience in system architecture design and understanding of design principles and their implications. * 5 years of experience maintaining IT data accuracy (e.g., CMDB, HAM, SAM). * 5 years of industry experience across sectors such as finance, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, or retail. * Proven track record of technical leadership and driving innovative solutions. * Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (required by contract) Compensation: * Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000/year depending on experience * Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
