LIMS Consultant

Vulcain Engineering is looking for a LIMS Consultant to join its consulting team. As a consultant, you will support our clients in the Energy and Life Sciences for our brand Infogene (Group expertise in Digitalization, Industrial IT, and Cybersecurity). Not only will you work on diversified and challenging topics, but we will also support your growth and development through a specific follow-up and the possibility to benefit from specific trainings related to your career objectives. Content : Implement a common Labware LIMS for multiple sites in Europe (France & Belgium) Conduct a detailed inventory of equipment and associated information required for LIMS integration (list of analyses, products, users, etc.) Identify priorities/challenges for equipment/LIMS integration with the central team responsible for the LIMS project Configure static data for the Labware LIMS Configure site-specific LIMS templates (Sample, Folder, etc.) Support services for connecting equipment to the LIMS (creation of Labware parsers) Create ELN templates Capture of data from laboratories, pilots, test benches, etc. Centralization in a data warehouse (DataBricks), Provision of data for researchers, data scientists, and/or artificial intelligence tools. Objectives and Deliverables Testing and validating the tools/configurations delivered to the site Assistance with LIMS deployment: support for administrators, user guidance, coordination with project teams, liaison with local IT for instrument connections, user training (training materials provided by the central team) About us : At Vulcain Engineering, we transform industrial and technological challenges into opportunities.
