Sales Manager, Madrid - Professional Lighting

Our client, a globally established innovator, developer, and manufacturer of professional lighting products and control solutions, is expanding into Spain with new offices! As part of this exciting growth, they are building a dynamic sales team to cover different regions and drive success across their product lines. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to be based in Madrid. This role will lead, mentor, and motivate the Spanish sales team while also managing key accounts and driving business development across the retail, installed, and rental markets. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving growth targets and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a small but ambitious sales team. Manage key accounts and generate new business opportunities. Drive sales growth across multiple product lines. Build and maintain strong networks within the events and systems integration markets. Travel nationally and internationally to support business growth. Key Competencies & Profile Proven experience in sales team management and leadership; dynamic, mentoring, driven, and results-oriented. Strong network in the events or systems integration industry; experience in the lighting sector is a plus. Demonstrated track record in sales growth and key account management. Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Customer-focused with outstanding presentation abilities. Spanish and English fluency required. Willingness to travel regularly.
