Supply Chain Manager

A well-established industrial company with a strong international presence and headquarters in the Baix Llobregat area is looking for a Global Supply Chain Manager . This role will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, reliable, and optimized supply chain—from planning and procurement to production support and final delivery—while driving innovation and continuous improvement in global logistics operations. Main Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the Customer Service department, ensuring smooth order management from reception to delivery. Oversee the Planning department, ensuring material and component availability for manufacturing plans across global plants. Manage and supervise warehouse operations, including the reception, storage, and distribution of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Implement supply chain policies and procedures to guarantee efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Represent the area in cross-functional and departmental improvement projects. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; postgraduate or master’s in Supply Chain Management is a plus. 4–6 years of experience in supply chain management and process optimization, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector. Proven experience in team management and cross-functional leadership. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP a must) and advanced MS Office. High level of Spanish and English (other languages are a plus). Competencies: customer focus, leadership, decision-making, creativity, and innovation.
