Overview: Manage the activities to ensure that the products produced by suppliers meet Revlon’s quality standards and specifications. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols to ensure supplier compliance and product quality. Responsibilities: Evaluate and Select Suppliers : Assess suppliers based on their ability to meet product and schedule requirements. Develop and Implement Quality Systems : Create and maintain supplier quality evaluation and control systems to ensure consistent quality standards. Manage the Supplier Audits Program: Develop a supplier audit program to mitigate risks associated with the quality of products supplied to Revlon. Monitor Supplier Quality KPIs : Track key quality performance indicators for suppliers and generate actionable insights from these indicators. Resolve Quality Issues : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, address, and resolve supplier quality issues. Collaborate on Quality Improvements : Partner with supplier representatives and internal teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs. Who you are: Attention to Detail : Meticulous in evaluating supplier processes and products. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and suppliers. Proactive : Takes initiative in identifying and addressing quality issues. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a similar role. Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
