Joining Bonus $8,000 Up till $4500 Monthly Incentive Quarterly Bonus Bonus 5 days work week Optometrist (Up till $4500 basic monthly incentives quarterly bonus AWS) Responsibilities: Perform eye examinations to check vision and eye health. Prescribe and recommend suitable glasses or contact lenses. Advise customers on lens options (single vision, progressive, bifocal, etc.) and frame selection. Detect common eye issues and refer patients to specialists when necessary. Work closely with opticians and retail staff to ensure excellent customer service. Educate customers on eye care, proper use of lenses, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate records of eye tests and prescriptions. Requirements: 1 year of relevant experience Required with OOB License in Singapore. Possess contact lens (CL) knowledge through CL Fitting, Dispensing and aftercare and CL complications. Diploma or Degree in Optometry or equivalent Optician (Up till $3300 basic monthly incentives quarterly bonus AWS) Responsibilities: Interpret prescriptions provided by optometrists or ophthalmologists. Assist customers in choosing suitable frames and lenses based on prescription, lifestyle, and budget. Take precise measurements of customers’ eyes (e.g., pupillary distance, frame fitting). Prepare and fit lenses into frames, ensuring comfort and correct alignment. Adjust, repair, and maintain eyeglasses when needed. Advise customers on lens options (single vision, progressive, bifocal, coatings, etc.). Educate customers on proper eyewear care and usage. Manage orders, inventory, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear. Maintain a clean and professional retail environment.
