Vice President of Sales

Job Responsibilities Drive Sales & Relationship Lead customer acquisition from multiple channels: online, walk-ins, partnerships (malls, developers, referrals). Set sales playbooks, targets, and incentive structures. Manage and oversee daily sales operations and team performance Develop and expand external business opportunities through client visits and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Lead, Train & Coach the Team Manage and grow a team of 10–20 sales interior designer. Conduct regular sales coaching and performance reviews. Identify top talent and develop them into future leaders. Execute Marketing & Promotions Work with marketing team to roll out local promotions, events, and partnerships. Launch referral and loyalty programmes to drive return sales. Report & Optimize Monthly sales reviews with senior management. Present plans and solutions when targets are missed. Own the P&L: Understand margin, cost, and ROI per campaign. Requirements We’re looking for a strong retail leader with: Min. 3 years of experience leading 15 pax sales team (furniture, home interior, or luxury retail a plus) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience managing store operations, team training, and customer service Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients) Strong leadership, decision-making and budgeting skills Knowledge of cabinet design or related products will be an advantage Preferably WSQ Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision (or equivalent experience) Singaporeans, Permanent Resident and EP-eligible foreign applicants welcome Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays Benefits Uncapped commission (high earnings potential) CPF contributions J-18808-Ljbffr
