Job Title: Radiology Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 09:00 - 19:30 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: California License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, CCI RCIS Must-Have: - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Laser-assisted procedures - Scrub procedures - Circulate procedures - Adrenal angiography - Angioplasty - Embolization - ERCP - Inferior vena cava filter placement and removal - Liver biopsy - Mesenteric angiogram - Paracentesis - Renal angiography - Stent placement - Thoracentesis - Equipment setup - Maintain sterile field Description: We are seeking a qualified Radiology Technician specializing in Interventional Radiology. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field. Candidates must possess a valid California license and certifications in ACLS, BLS, ARRT, and CCI RCIS. The technician will be responsible for performing various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Expected procedures may include, but are not limited to, angiography, embolization, and stent placement. A key responsibility will be the interpretation of dysrhythmias and ensuring the sterility of the working field. On-call shifts are required 1-2 days per week and one weekend per month. The role involves working with different patient age groups, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. All candidates will need to navigate electronic documentation systems.
