Automotive Sales Consultant

Ted Britt Chevrolet is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for a passionate sales professional who is enthusiastic about automotive sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process. Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory sheets. Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles' features and conducting test drives. Negotiate sales price, including any ?trade-in? vehicle value. Work with the finance manager to develop sales agreements that benefit all parties. Provide detailed information and answers to customer questions or concerns. Follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly and annual basis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven sales capabilities with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Broad knowledge of current automotive industry trends including electric and hybrid technologies. Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sales data. Strong negotiation skills and capability to close deals effectively.
