Manufacturing Manager

As a Manufacturing Manager at {EMPLOYER-DESC}, you will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facilities. Your role will focus on ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high standards of product quality. You will lead a team to optimize plant performance, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with industry and safety standards. Oversee daily plant operations and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands. Manage and develop a team of supervisors and manufacturing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Implement and refine manufacturing processes to improve quality and reduce cost. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and maintenance, to streamline operations and address production issues. Prepare and manage the manufacturing budget, and implement cost-control measures. Analyze production data and reports to monitor performance and plan improvements. Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available as needed.
