Maintenance Technician

Arlon Graphics, LLC, a leader in the cast vinyl manufacturing sector, renowned for producing top-tier materials used in professional graphics covering vehicles, signage, and industrial applications, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and contributing to the overall operational excellence of our manufacturing processes. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure optimal operational conditions. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective control modules, test and make adjustments to mechanical systems. Perform regular safety checks on machinery and associated equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required and troubleshoot issues to sustain plant productivity. Coordinate with external vendors and order supplies as needed while managing inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Recommend improvements to reduce downtime and extend machinery lifespan. Proven ability to handle and operate tools and machinery used in the maintenance process. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Basic understanding of electrical systems related to machinery. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail to document the day-to-day maintenance operations.
