What Youll Do: Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution. Uphold and elevate culinary standards with precision and artistry. Lead, inspire, and train junior chefs to ensure seamless teamwork. Ensure consistency in flavours, presentation, and service excellence . Champion the use of seasonal, local produce in every dish. Requirements: Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment. Strong leadership skills with a calm, organised, and solution-focused approach. A passion for creativity, precision, and culinary storytelling. Excellent knowledge of wine pairings and menu balance (advantageous).
