Job Description
Minimum requirements: Matric 2 Years administrative experience Stock management experience (advantageous) Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite) Valid Code 08 drivers license Key Responsibilities: Handle daily invoicing and ensure accurate transaction processing Manage order intake, processing, and fulfilment, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery Monitor finished goods and aged stock levels Coordinate and confirm deliveries to customers Place stock orders within acceptable lead times and follow up on pending orders Provide timely feedback to customers regarding queries and concerns Maintain safety and security of the Customer Service Centre premises Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
