Job Duties: 1. Be responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, goods sorting, site arrangement, etc., to ensure efficient and orderly operations. 2. Be responsible for daily communication and coordination with external suppliers such as logistics, cleaning, security, etc., to ensure service quality and progress. 3. Verify temporary worker invoices, confirm working hours, calculate costs and other related tasks. 4. Be responsible for material procurement (office, operation, safety gear, etc.), price comparison, placing orders, following up on deliveries, and ensuring the daily operational needs of the warehouse. 5. Assist team members in financial reimbursement, budget control, expense registration and other supportive work. 6. Maintain close communication with the headquarters in China and multiple local functional departments, and coordinate to advance various business requirements and project progress.
