Please note only candidates with relevant experience in the hardware/buildware industry will be considered. No other industry will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Drive business growth through hardware sales (tools) and paint sales (automotive and industrial). Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the retail space. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide training, mentorship, and support to the sales team. Ensure profitability and sustainable growth through effective sales management. Requirements: Proven track record as a Sales Manager within the hardware/buildware industry. Strong knowledge and experience in hardware sales (tools). Knowledge of paint sales automotive and industrial. Retail sales knowledge is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Goal-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Based in George or willing to relocate.
