What Youll Do: Lead and manage the pastry section , ensuring excellence in breads, desserts, and plated sweets. Contribute to menu development , bringing creativity and precision to seasonal pastry offerings. Maintain consistency, quality, and artistry in every pastry component. Mentor and guide junior chefs in pastry skills and techniques. Work seamlessly with the wider kitchen team to deliver a refined dining experience. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a fine dining or refined restaurant environment. Demonstrated expertise in pastry and bread-making , with creativity in plated desserts. Strong organisational and communication skills. A team-oriented mindset with a passion for heritage-inspired, modern cuisine.
