About the Role Join as an Assistant Store Manager and help lead our boutique to success. Inspire your team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and embody our brand’s luxury values. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships; lead clienteling initiatives. Drive sales, analyze trends, and propose growth strategies. Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high performance. Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards. Oversee store operations, compliance, and tailor services. Ad hoc duties as assigned Who You Are Minimum 5-6 years of relevant retail experiences with at least 1-3 years of relevant supervisory experiences Passionate, customer-centric, and digitally savvy. Strong communicator with proven leadership skills. Detail-oriented and ready to lead with style and purpose.
