Director, Destination Sales and Experience This is a newly created role in a recently launched integrated development. You will drive inbound business and curate guest experience for the destination, leveraging your professional networks to attract leisure, corporate and MICE segments, and partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute memorable guest experiences spanning leisure, culture, recreation and community. You will build partnerships and strategic alliances with travel agencies and relevant institutions to drive inbound traffic to the destination. Travelling in excess of 50% to Southeast Asia is anticipated. Responsibilities Drive inbound business and curate guest experience for the integrated destination. Leverage professional networks to attract leisure, corporate and MICE segments. Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute memorable guest experiences spanning leisure, culture, recreation and community. Build partnerships and strategic alliances with travel agencies and relevant institutions to drive inbound traffic to the destination. Requirements Ideally, you are a seasoned Hospitality leader with 15 years of experience, with a strong network within the tourism industry. You have a proven track record in delivering immersive experience and driving inbound sales, ideally within an integrated destination with hospitality and retail elements. To succeed in this role, you will be described as entrepreneurial, agile and game for challenges.
