Location: Abilene , TX Pay Rate: Up to: 1530.38/Week Start Date: 09/22/2025 to 01/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Number of Positions: 1 Shift Type: Days Hours Per Day: 8 Discipline: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Specialty: SNF SNF 13 weeks ASAP - 13 weeks Wisteria Place has 100 beds and a variable ADC of 79. Our rehab team consists of 1 PTA / 4 PTs / 2 OTs / 3 COTAs / 3 SLPs. We use Net Health (formerly Rehab Optima) and Point Click Care (PCC). Some of the programs we offer at Wisteria Place include vital stim certified therapists, pelvic floor rehab, incontinence program, wound care and positioning program, outpatient, and falls management program. Wisteria Place is an upscale facility with 2 rehab gyms. Wisteria Place Nursing & Rehabilitation – Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation Therapy, Healthcare – Abilene, TX Weekends are not required, our therapists work 5/8-hour days, although our DOR is flexible with working a day on the weekend and flexing a day off in the week if needed. Usually, our therapists see anywhere from 8-12 residents a day. We service both skilled nursing and LTC (Part B) for therapy services. Productivity requirement is 90% We would be willing to accept a new grad if willing to learn and eager to work in a fairly fast paced environment (prefer that new grad has SNF experience during Level II Fieldwork). Dress Code = Navy blue scrubs
