Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop and maintain client relationships. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals. Stay up to date on industry market trends and best practices. Requirements A Property & Casualty insurance license in the state of Texas is required. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Must have ability to multi-task. Prior Sales Experience. Professional phone etiquette. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
