Job Description Key responsibilities Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned building clusters Develop new business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers and their business partners Work with asset managers to maximise building occupancy/revenue Develop and work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space Build networking channels with tenants and agents Be overall “Brand Ambassador” to enhance brand equity Commercial and Financial Acumen Forecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessments Prepare rental reports, cash flows and analysing variances Initiate and close-out transactions to meet target plan Understand asset profitability to contribute solutions to improve whilst meeting tenant occupational needs Requirements Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent CEA RES license holders will be favorably considered Preferably minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
