Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres, private credit and special opportunities.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, customer focused individuals with strong analytical skills, having 3-5 years of successful track record in retail centre management and having demonstrated excellent negotiation and communication skills.* Responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of a mall* Oversee the operational and marketing functions to ensure that maximum and long-term value is obtained* Identify specific and suitable target consumer markets and to effect suitable PR, marketing and branding activities* Develop relationships with strategic partners whilst building and maintaining good rapport with retailers and other stakeholders* Engage tenants and prospects regularly to review their business performance and identify opportunities for spatial expansion* Prepare the annual Asset Plan with a focus on adding value to the mall* Collaborate with the various management teams to review and assess the re-positioning of the mall* Plan and execute impending/on-going redevelopment works so as to achieve the desired tenancy mix and market positioning* Work with the Asset Management team on financial feasibility reviewsRequirements:* Prior experience in shopping centre management and preferably with tertiary qualifications* Strong negotiation and business planning skills* A demonstrated understanding of retail and the ability to value-add and future-proof the centre* Excellent leadership and communications skills to manage and motivate ground teamsBenefits * Flexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and family* Training and development opportunities* Subsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences Strong advocate of staff volunteerism* Wellness programmesClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
